Do you take insurance?

I am out-of-network for all major insurance plans. Clients pay the full fee at the time of service and will be provided with a statement (superbill) at the end of each month that can be submitted to their insurance for reimbursement.

The majority of my clients have some out-of-network benefits, which often cover 50% or more of the fees for therapy.

 

How do I know how much my insurance plan will cover?

 

You can call the Member Services Phone Number on your insurance card and ask the following questions:

• Does my plan include out-of-network benefits?

• If yes, what is the out-of-network deductible?

• If yes, what percentage of the Allowed Amount is covered once my deductible is met?

• How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

How much does a session cost?

Sessions for new clients are $175 for a 55-minute individual session. Full payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards, HSA, and FSA are accepted.
