Do you, or some one you love, struggle with panic?

I have heard clients describe panic like “being held under water, struggling for air.”  They have told me that they feel like they are “having an out-of-body experience,” as if “everything outside seems very far away,” and it can be hard to either talk or understand what other people are saying.

Whatever the sensation, it can be terrifying and debilitating. Because panic feels so terrible and out-of-control, it may be hard to believe that it is highly treatable. But the good news is: it is!

You can gain control over panic.

You can learn how to manage these symptoms when they come up. Working with people who are struggling with panic is one of the most rewarding parts of my job because of the rapid relief I often witness.

In treatment you will learn to:
  • Understand the panic process

  • Change your relationship to panic symptoms

  • Learn how to trigger physical calming

You don’t have to struggle on you own. Experienced, evidence-based treatment makes a difference.
